Hi! My partner wants to apply for migration in Canada under FSW. He was previously marriage but they were not annulled nor legally separated. He wants to include me in his application as his common law partner. Is this allowed in Canada? I heard about the common law partnership, but my main concern is his status, previously married but not annulled and at present is in a common law relationship.
Hoping for your kind advise!

(in reply to: common law relationship) your partner is going to have to show a legal divorce to claim you as his common law partner in a FSW application
