When it is too good to be true, RUN!

Here is a Lady with DEEP pockets!
Here is a Lady who got involved with a man with a huge age difference based on her own culture.
Here is an employee of the Royal Bank of Canada married to a man from a dusty little village.
Here is a Lady who spent "thousands" of dollars sucessfully appealing the refusal of her spousal application.

Here is a man who thinks he is intelligent but did not consider the anger of a woman mocked. Nor the power of the press.

Mr. Kellam the Immigration spokesperson says the Minister of Immigration is looking into the problem of marriage fraud.
He also says the husband (MIGHT) be taken to an Immigration Inquiry and (MAY) be removed. Does that mean he MIGHT not be taken to inquiry and MAY NOT be removed? THEY GOT TO FIND HIM FIRST!

That depends on the evidence! What goes on between any couple is like that TV saying, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas". WHAT HAPPENS IF HE RETAINS A QUALITY REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAN PUT A DIFFERENT SPIN ON THE SITUATION?

The Minister before he was the Minsiter of Immigration appeared on CTV Newsnet with the program "Mike Duffy Live" with me about marriage fraud a couple of years ago. I had been quoted in the Globe and Mail saying it is easier to prove a bogus marriage if you have money then to prove a genuine marriage if your short of funds. Then MP Kenny said the conservatives were looking into the problem and now Mr. Kellam says the Minister if looking into the problem.

Well Mr. Kellam and Mr. Kenny you have a problem with credability. This Lady may have been foolish but doing nothing about a serious problem especially with all the reported marriage fraud from India leaves you two with egg on your face.

Roy:
2 questions regarding the Badwal case:
- Why would she wait 4 months to apply for his sponsorship visa?
- Why would CIC reject an application due to ´age difference´ when there´s only 5 years difference?

My thought on the those cases is that people are old enough to decide whom they want to marry and it´s non of government´s business. if you marry the wrong person, that´s your own responsibility and at your own risk! deal with it but don´t blame the government for your own fault!
