sharon/roy - i recently found out that my dad has ten children including me.I declared the 2 siblings that i know on the form. He only came clean after the death of one of them they live in various countries. I made sure to contact CIC and told them of this fact. we are now getting to know each other and i told them of the situation i now face re my application. I am still in process will i be turned down for misrepresentation. I made sure to inform them as soon as i found out. one of my new found siblings lives in canada and I lost 5 points for adaptability because he is a resident. Can u advise me. I come this far i cant believe this is happening. that means i have seven siblings that this man has acknowledge fathering. his mother is not convinced he doesnt have more in the country where he resides because he is always been a wild man and very secretive. if the worse should happen what do i do. i did the right thing and inform them as soon as i found out. i havent tracked down two of them we cant find them and he doesnt know there dates of birth or where they are either. I am so confused. I told CIC i will submit new forms as soon as i get the data on all of them. can i put in a disclaimer re me not knowing if he has more kids. he admitted to ten plz advise. i am currently doing a geanology search to try and find out dates of births for the two siblings. the rest of the siblings are cooperating and are willing to give statements that i wasnt at fault. it is heart rending and embarassing. i did medicals and i am awaiting for fbi report/background information. Please advise

(in reply to: adjustments to IMM5406e) first, I am sorry that you are dealing with such a traumatic event. Hopefully, time will heal and bring some sense of forgiveness.
As for the immigration issues - you have done exactly what you should have done. That is the very best you can do and I am sure CIC has been in this situation before. I am hoping that common sense will prevail and that your application will move forward as you intended.
please keep in touch to let us know what happens.
