Hey
we have been waiting 7 years to receive our final answer or any communication from the Delhi office. is this normal? should i contact them???

There is no harm in trying but in my case no body ever answer to any email, mail, fax and phone. I was inquiring about my passport which was with them for 5 or more months.
So many people I have heard that they went to Visa office Delhi for their visitor visa purpose but havent heard anything for PR file.
I am so sorry to tell you this.
