hi every one..
i recently got canadian immigration on oct,2009 and me my wife came to canada.After 3 months we got seperated and i traveld back to pakistan and i divorce my wife in febraruy,2010.I got married to another woman in april 2010,I came back to canada and started my job ,can i sponsor my second wife ,...will my divorce be accepted in canada and my marriage to second wife,...my marriage with my previous wife last for 5 years and i have kids with her too..the time i gave her divorce she was in canada ,she got no objection on the divorce as she asked for the divorce..as my wife and me were not here for one year thats why i went back to my country to divorce her ..please advice me...

you should really ask first - not after the fact.
You both reside in Canada - that means you must divorce in Canada as you have been living in this country for most of the last year. That also means you must be separated for 1 year first before you can apply for a no fault divorce. You will also have to make arrangements for support of your children.
Your second marriage is not valid in Canada. You cannot sponsor her until your divorce is complete in Canada.

But u did not understand my case . i did not marry in
canada i got married with my first wife in pakistan and also i spent less than one year in canada ,and according to canadian law i canīt apply for divorce in canada unless me or my wife spend whole one year in canada thats why for a divorce i have to go back to my country where actually i married to my first wife and according to my country law my divorce is ok and i was permitted to mary again right after the divorce according to pakistani law...

GET REAL
The Canadian Divorce Act requires that one divorces where they reside.
Now how easy would it be to any Ministers Counsel to prove that you used the Act to get more points or that you where in a Marriage of Convience.

Hai iam aman iam sponsored by my husband I live canada since november 2009 I have a bay from my husband ,now iam live separate from my husband from last 11 months next month iam legally.
