HELLO EVERYONE
IM A US PERMANENT RESIDENT and I applied for a CANAda Temporary Resident Permit in the los angeles canadian consolate I was approbed and i want to know is it possible for me to sponsor my 23 year old son to come to CANADA now that I have my temporary Resident Permit
any help will be highly appreciated

No, you have no right to sponsor anyone, sponsor him for what? You are not a PR nor a Canadian citizen.
TRP is a TEMPORARY permit which means for a limited time.
I assume you included him in your application, otherwise you may be charged for misrepresentation.
BTW, something doesn´t sound right. Are you coming to Canada as a visitor? if that is the case as a Green card holder you don´t need a visa to visit Canada.
