HI , i m Canadian , my husband application(spouse sponsorship) was denied do too many reasons .he was banned for 2 years to enter Canada. his banned will finish in February 2011. he is working now in 1 of the gulf countries.
now i m in Canada and about to have a baby .
do u think can i do something to have my husband join me here for good . i mean to speed up the process. because i went to many lawyers but they had different opinions so i m confused. After all he has no criminal record, his mistake is a deportation from the state.
can somebody give a clear idea what should i do next , or just wait to pass the time and reapply .

The first refusal was with an misrep exclusion order. Reapply apologize for lies told or forgetting to put down he had been refused or removed from the states.
Apply for an ARC authorization to return.
REMEMBER:
Having a human growing inside of you is not a reason to refuse or approve your application. It only proves that your able to have one of your eggs fertilized and not be discharged.
The obligation is for you and the applicant to prove your in a genuine relationship.
According to the best scenario possible he could be with you in 6 months and if longer the ARC would not be required so I suggest apply now!

I would suggest to go with your second option, wait, relax and be happy as much as you can and pass the time and remember this quotation, its true for TIME always...no matter bad or good.

ARC for what? He is not going to get a visitor´s visa under these circumstances anyway. No way!
If he applies for an ARC tomorrow he will be getting an ARC until January 2011, maybe December 2010 if he is lucky. It´s a mood point at this point. His exclusion ends in Feb 2011.
By the time he gets his ARC, will be just before Feb 2011. May as well wait until Feb 2011 and apply for PR from abroad.
Unfortunately, there is not a whole lot you can do to make this process any faster. It is too late now, you should have done this months ago.

very sad ,God help both of you,would you please tell me how banned is calculated i.e it is counted from date of decission or date of interview.i have the same situation my wife is also canada for my second baby delivery and visa officer inform me about misrepresent and 2 years banned in jan 2010,but they have not sent me any written decission
