I am sponsoring my spouse and I read that the medial exam is only valid for 12 months. So do I submit that in my application? And if so what if we only get an answer from Canada like 8-9 months later does my husband have to move in the next 2-3 months or else he loses his PR? Can we send the medicals later on during the application process?

You have to complete the medical before you submit the spousal application.

But then if I do that they are only valid for 12 months and if the reply takes a long time then how will we know when to get ready to move to Canada? Isn´t there a way to send them during the application process?
