Please help.
My sister has been nominated as Provincial Nominee by Alberta Province. The problem is there are very few flight options avaliable for her to land directly in edmonton. Can she land in Toronto and after immigration take onwards journey to Edmonton by domestic flght or does she have to land directly in Alberta.

In short, she will have to undergo the immigration procedure at Edmonton not in Toronto.
