Roy I´m sorry but this is driving me crazy. I sent you all the details of our case a few months ago and you said that if we had pictures of us together laughing and having fun our application would be a walk in the park.

We provided everything asked for in their OP2 manual, we have been in our relationship 3 1/2 years and the last year continuous to qualify for common law. We had purchased a building lot together months before we even new about common law.

My partner was interviewed and they basically asked everything that was in our application. She had no problem answering all the questions. The interview was polite and she did very well.

Her medical was done August 4, 2009 and was sent in with our application.

Now we have decision made and no medicals received and I am told this is a refusal if they did not put medicals received on the ECAS? Can you tell me if this is so?? What a nightmare this has been. Any information would be appreciated.

If so where do we go from here?

Regards,

mrmagoo.

Stop being negative did you not submit the medicals with your application as required?

If I remember correctly did you not have to update the medicals?

The letter will probably arrive today.

Not being your representative and only knowing what you posted here and to Amir I can not see the refusal. They always state why did the Filopino not get an anullment so don´t think negative.
