Hi,
I am a student applying for a CAQ, however I am not financially capable to apply alone so I had an individual who was capable sign on my behalf. I am planning to apply for a CSQ after my marriage in October. I am wondering if it is possible for the government to revoke my CAQ if the person I marry is not financially capable to pay for my schooling? After the marriage, my husband would be considered the person financially responsible for me until I am able to work and finish my degree.
