I did sponcer my Ex-wife when she came canada. After some months we figure out we cant live to geather. Almost after a year i went karachi pakistan gave her divorce acording to pakistani LAW and got divorce paper.
Because i was in pakistan so i again did marraige in Pakistan in (2007)after 2 weeks of my divorce.
then i came back and applied for my new wife and mississauga office approved my application and gave me time of 9 month that time is almost completed. my ex-wife is still in canada.
i visited 2 times after my marriage. my wife gave a birth of baby boy. I already add my baby on my file with passport pictures and medical.
MY question is does it going to effect for the immigration of my new wife and my baby boy because of second marriage ?
how long usually it takes for second wife to get in to canada?
Is there any chances of refusel of canadain visa of my new wife?
please if any body have info let me know

yes, there is a chance they will refuse your new wife.
how long were you married to wife #1 - some months really does not tell us much.
how long was she in Canada before you went back to pakistan and divorced her?
from the outside looking in - it would be easy for CIC to say you are marrying women so they can come to Canada. You are going to have to prove otherwise.

I can not see any chance of your new Spousal Sponosrship being approved!
You have to comply with the Canadian Divorce Act and your case smells worse then ten dozen eggs would smell. You have to get a divorce where you normally reside and from your posting you and the (so called) ex-wife live in Canada and you did not live seperate and apart for one year.
...after some months we are not compatible,
....almost a year I went to Pakistan and geve her a divorce
...you also gave her a baby
...your waited a whole two weeks after divorce then married
You developed a relationship in two weeks and your worried only about the child affecting your application???
Okay let us call it an arranged 2nd marriage two weeks after you get divorced from a pregnant first wife!
Either this is a real question or a question to cause an uproar. Hopefully it is a second one.

I think baby belongs to wife #2. Is there not a requirement that he must complete the 3 year undertaking before taking on a new sponsorship?
Ali is dreaming in technicolour if he thinks this is going to fly.

Your 100% correct Sharon!
He would never have been approved as a sponsor and if by mistake was approved because he LIED on his Undertaking and never claimed he had sponsored someone else or previously married DocD and his gang are going to come after him.
Ali could have his PR status taken away if he LIED! (if)

He claims that he married in 2007 so maybe the sponsorship period has expired but there is still a very big problem with the fact that he did not obtain his divorce in Canada after a 1 year legal separation. The timeline is not very clear.
He also does not say if he has passed the first phase of approval. They may turf the application before it even goes to phase 2.

Thanks guys,
I applied for the sponceship of my second wife it was not in my knowlege that i am still in undercontract of my first wife so i got refusal by saying that i cant apply for my second wife before the completion of 3 years of my landing of my ex-wife.
after the completing of my 3 years i applied for my second wife and i got approval for her from mississauga office. i declaired every thing about my first wife.
i verified from canadina immigration call center agents and they said divorce from pakistan is accepted here but it should be leagel.
from my first wife i dont have any baby
my second wife we got marriage on 2007 and got baby in 2010
i visited 2 times after my marriage to pakistan.
my second marriage was totally arranged. i am already middle age man so it was really important to start my life insted of waisting my tme.

now that we have sorted out the time lines, the question is, what stage is the application? Has a letter come from CIC to Ali that the file is being transferred to Pakistan? If not, they may still be trying to determine if he was even eligible to marry and sponsor.
If he has been approved, and the file has gone to Pakistan the next question will be, has the applicant adequately proved the relationship is legitimate. Having a child counts very little in this regard. We have a 3 year relationship, with a 2 week courtship and 2 visits in 3 years?
I would suggest that a 6 month wait is going to be very, very optimistic. Nothing about this story feels good and CIC will likely take its time in determining whether the relationship is genuine or for immigration purposes only.
Ali, you may want to buy another plane ticket and make sure that if this relationship is real, you have ample evidence to prove it.
