Me, wife, and children took our medicals last week. Is this the last stage? Will we be interviewed? Are we 99 percent certain at this stage?

can some one please tell me i sponser my wife she went to interview in pakistan and case is approved and then they send letter for medical cus first one get expire so after medical how long its take to get a visa or they ask for passport thanks
