| Subject: Proof of Canadian Citizenship Certificate Cases |

In sponsorship application of my spouse, do I need to include the name(s) of children who are born outside Canada (Application to obtain Proof of Canadian Certificate is already forwarded to the concerned authority) to a Canadian parent? If yes, do I need to provide their police certificates/ medical certificates or any other relevant document? And If the application fee is also applicable to the Canadian children in such a case?
