i would like to come to canada and study the 6 month caregiver training program and the hopefully find work afterwards.
what visa would i need to apply for? how much mst i prove i have inorder to apply for the particular visa?
would it be ossible to transfer from whatever visa i will have to a work visa without returning to my home country?

is it possible to apply for asylum from outside canada? i am gay and can prove it and my country is very homophobic with threats of death i have had a couple of situations where i have been approached bt no harm was done to me.are these grounds enough to go and ask for asylum??or im i better off applying as a student n taking it from there?

Your plan won´t work because you are unlikely to be granted a study visa to come to Canada to take a 6-month caregiver training. If that is the case, most if not all Filippinos will be taking their 6-month course and apply from within Canada.
