Hi All,
My husband have filed my PR and I am dependent on him, we got visa and to get PR card we have to go to Canada, we are not going well together, so my we are going to get divorce.
Please tell me after I am getting PR card, and after 1 month by change if we will file divorce case in China. Then as I am depended then is my husband can cancel my PR ?
Or Canada gov. will cancel my PR? Because I am dependent and we will be getting divorce?
We will be divorced then with my PR card can I go to Canada again ?

Marriages succeed and marriages fail, some people win the lottery and it is my turn this Friday 41 million.
If you divorce your Husband right after your arrival to Canada in China that divorce will comply with the Canadian divorce act because the divorce will take place where the two of you normally reside.
If your planning to go back to China and sponsor your true love forget it! They will accuse you of misrepresentation, take you to a hearing and order you removed, than you have to appeal etc.
Poof your plan just went up in smoke.

technically, once you land, your PR is safe. Your husband cannot cancel your PR once you have arrived. Under Canadian law, in a skilled worker application you may be a dependent on the application but there is no legal immigration obligation for him to look after you.
HOWEVER, if it becomes evident that you have used husband #1 to gain entry and that you intend to bring potential husband #2 to Canada shortly after your divorce is complete - be careful. They will assume you were lying and strip you of your PR.
How would you intend to support yourself in Canada if you were divorced?
