I am confused,I went home last January 2010 and got married{Philippines}now i am pregnant.This coming May 2010,i will apply for open permit/permanent resident,my concern is that,my husband is a Seaman{international}hes in contract for 9months,he´ll be home in the Philippines probably this november 2010.What i know is that once i submit all my papers to the immigration of canada,they will send application to my husband as well,am i right?so how can he process?Is there any other way,inorder for my husband to process the papers without quitting his job?Is the immigration allow me to process as a single first and i will sponsor my husband later.Am i not going to question once they receive my supporting papers{marriage contract}that im married before i apply for my permit.Please help me,i dont know what to do.GOd bless you

(in reply to: immigration processing) You declare that you are single and that is misrepresentation, later you cannot sponsor your husband and that you are causing a problem on your application. If he will be home on November then that´s the time he will submit it to the embassy in the Philippines.cheers!
