So you want to play house while the application is going through! So enjoy, you have any idea what it is like to be apart and waiting for an Interview?

You either got here with or without a CVV Visitor Visa so your from a country that actually issues CVV´s/

PAIN wait another two years from September 2009 and then post with the handle "pain"

Help
(in reply to: sponsorship)
So, Mr Help/Pain you don´t understand what Mr. Roy is trying to say ??? Well here is a translation of what he wants to say, I am Roy´s hidden brain::

YOU DID NOT PAY ANYTHING TO ME and get my legal advice and now you are asking for help for free. no wayyyy...Forget about it...because you did not PAY ME....Now since YOU ARE IN TROUBLE, I am drinking my beer and singing with JOY and trying to make my big belly even get bigger....Yuppeeee...

This is what Roy is trying to say in this site ....I am the best, I know everything, whoever has a problem with CIC they are all LIARS, CHEATERS, SYSTEM ABUSERS, because they did not get my legal help , because they did NOT PAY ME... You idiots, do not you see my webpage, and phone numbers??...HAVE you ever seen anybody, any other immig. consultants in this site advertising his webpage? (Well if you do so my assistant SHARON will delete that post any way ) Why don´t you call me and PAY me, I am here 24/7 to post and advertise my business!!!!! Have you ever seen a better immig. consultant in Canada who goes to another site and talks and talks and talks and advertises his/her business 24/7???

Roy just trying to help you express yourself a little bit with some simple words.... No need to thank me ....just keep up your hard work on this site with your arrogant style...Don´t worry if your business goes bad despite your attempts to sell yourself in this site 24/7..., you can sell Danish Cookies, ......

Good luck ...keep you arrogant syle... and make assumptions about people whenever they have trouble with CIC....

Made me laugh Ben TY

It has been posted here a thousand times (if once) that any Spousal Sponsorship because of the processing times and appeal rights it is better to be submitted OUTSIDE of Canada than Inside Canada.

There are thousands of REAL couples waiting longer because they got sent for an interview and they hug one another by web cam. Certain countries Internet is so poor that they rarely get to see one another by Skype, etc for days.

Pain on the other hand could of submitted outside of Canada while listing his temporary Canadian address on the schedule one.

Let us look at this post closer. TIME LINE IS NOT LOGICAL!

FAILED TO EXTEND VISITOR STATUS IN 2007. The letter from CIC would say (leave immediately) and from this post it does not appear he did. THEREFORE THE HUSBAND HAS A DEPORTATION ORDER ISSUED IN 2007!

***Here is the weird parts***

Pain sponsored in 2008 and it took a year to get the application to Vegreville Case Processing Centre.

Now pain is in PAIN because obviously he never paid for any advice! Who cares he is with his partner!

PAIN did his spousal application himself and did not prove his relationship well enough.

PAIN needed to be together with his partner so he decided to submit an In Canada Spousal after being together since early 2007!!!!

Pain´s partner submits an In Canada Spousal in April of 2009 and does a crappy job of proving their in a genuine relationship. WHY? THEY HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR YEARS!

PAIN runs to a provicial politician for assistance LOL, Immigration is Federal.

PAIN POSTS HERE LOOKING FOR COMPASSION BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN WAITING SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 2009 for the local office to call them for an interview!

cOMPASSION IS COMMON SENSE!

PAIN WAS GREEDY AND DID NOT HAVE HER SPOUSE SUBMIT OUTSIDE OF CANADA BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN LIVING WITH HER FOR THREE YEARS!

PAIN WAS CHEAP AND PAID NO ONE FOR THEIR ADVICE! OTHERS SHOULD FEEL SORRY FOR PAIN?

PAIN HAD ALL THE OPPORTUNITY IN THE WORLD TO PROVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP WAS GENUINE BUT DID A SLOPPY JOB AND GOT KICKED FOR AN IN CANADA SPOUSAL INTERVIEW!

Pain is the applicant so his sponsor is a PR or Canadian and Pain seems to know the English language and found this sight after overstaying (TWO YEARS) in Canada.

How can anyone show compassion, compassion for Pain has to be common sense.

Now for other Consultants doing the same thing open your eyes, Amir of True North, etc. and YOU!

Jealous because I give logical advice????

I base my replies based on individual postings.

PAIN is with his partner and has been for three years, other couples are seperated and waiting too.

If when your wrong and you seek sympathy expect not to get it.

Go back under your bridge BEN!

Help
(in reply to: sponsorship)
unfortunately Help and Pain, the Canadian government does not really care about ignorance of the law, or financial hardship when it comes to immigration. Both of you have messed up and are now paying the price.

Pain, you simply have to wait your turn. full stop. No doubt they are going over your file with a magnifying glass as your marriage is all too convenient in light of your extension refusal.

Help...you are in a similar situation.

LETS BE VERY CLEAR - OUTLAND instead of inland - Why? Faster, and the option to appeal. Even if you are currently visiting Canada and intend to hang around as long as possible during the process - OUTLAND OUTLAND OUTLAND

You are dealing with the government and the law. Treat your application with the same concern and consideration you would do if you were up on charges for murder. You have 1 chance to prove you are innocent - so prepare accordingly. Research is free. Take your time, pay attention, read the instructions, get help if you are not sure.

Otherwise you will be joining Pain and Help.

Help
(in reply to: sponsorship)
your file is a mess. I would seriously try to find some money and get yourself some help. It may very well be to your advantage to withdraw the application and try again - only by the rules this time and as an Outland applicant. Right now, if they refuse your application there will be more tears and no options.
