i am in a fix. weather it is good decision to sell all my agriculture land and with that money go to Canada?
please guide me its a very important decision

Why would you ask such a worded question?
To emigrate or not is a personal decision based on your personal circumstances.
What would you answer if I asked you should I put my whole paycheck on horse numebr 7 in the 5th race today because someone told me it was a fast horse?

Never sell a land only if you really have to,(desperate).
If you want to buy a property in Canada instead of paying rent then maybe its ok ( do your research on that ) but to invest in a business or to show canada how much money you have to immigrate as an investor, DONOT SELL the Land.
You may lose all you have in Canada then one day go back to your country and end up with no Land, nothing.
Never immigrate to Canada as an investor is my advise to you. I know people who invested and did regret and seeing others immigrate with few thousand dollars in their pockets, scam.

Mr Singh, save yourself and don´t even think of migrating to Canada. It´s a beautiful country to life, but a terrible one to earn a living. ANTO is 1000% right.
Many I´ve seen got out of the country to earn a living, including native Canadians themselves.
Remember this suggestion.
