Hi,
My name is Carolina. I´m mexican and I´m in Toronto. I would like to know what should I do with my situation.
I applied for Student visa on November 2009 because I wanted to take a postgrade in Marketing at George Brown College.
I applied here in Toronto as a visitor and I had the answer from CIC that I didn´t get my visa because I sent my documents to the wrong place. I sent them to Alberta instead of Buffalo (The closest canadian consulate).
I have U.S. visa and I would like to know if I can apply from Buffalo. Im worry because my Visitor visa its expired already and I didnt expect this situation.
