Hello Sir,
Iapplied PR from India under Federal Skilled worker,but i came on student visa in dec2008 & i studied for 1year.
Now i already sent updated information to Canadian High Commission,New Delhi.
How much time will it take to process my file from India to canada!

hello, i m a dentist from pakistan and my occupation is not in the list of profession they need so plz give me some advice that do i qualify for skilled visa with 67 marks when my occupation Dentist is not in demand?and if yes then what r the chances of time process?

Hello Shamim,
There is nothing much you can do at this point except to hope that someday your occupation is also included in NOC 38 list.

it will not fast track your application at New Delhi visa post. When did u apply for your FSW?

under which NOC occupation did u apply? It takes about
75 months to fully complete the processing of FSW cases submitted before Feb 27, 2008 from CHC-New Delhi.
You had submitted your application in Sep 2006, so most likely your turn will come around Sep 2012.

NOC is Pharmacist,but it is Diploma with experience and points rewarded r 70 including the 1 year Canadian education .
