I am an accountant and I just read the job description of NOC 1111. It has mentioned Job description for "Financial Accountant and Auditor"
Do I need to have experience of both as an accountant and as an auditor to claim marks for experience?

I read it as either. I think they´re trying to say that this category is for both accountants and aditors. Others may want to add.
