  Hi,

I preocessed my file of permenant resident from dubai through a consultant under skilled immigration. Actually when i started my file and until i finished my medicals i was single then i got married just around when i got my visa so i asked my consultant for the further procedure he told me dont update anything now u can do it laer on (perhaps he was in hurry to take money from me as it was agreed after getting visa)i was not knowing what blunder i made..until i came here..so is there any way out?

You have to things to worry about here. Do you have any idea how old is the story of the "consultant" who didn´t tell me?

You didn´t even bother on reading the forms you signed.
Ignorance is not a defence in a court of law.

Think about this:

1- You will NOT be allowed to sponsor your wife ever PERIOD.
2- CBSA/CIC will come after your Permanent Resident status. A CBSA officer can write what is called a report 44 (a) or (b) and start the process to revoke your status based on misrepresentation. You have a family member that was not screened when you became a PR..hmmmm not good.

when you arrived at the airport, and the immigration officer asked you various questions - did you tell him/her there was a change in your status? you cannot blame the consultant for the answer you gave - you did that one all by yourself.

No Sharon, he didn´t. If he did, his entry would´ve been refused right at the POE.

When a foreign national lands in Canada, they have to sign in three different dot lines on the CORP in front of the CBSA officer who signs it at the end. One of signatures is an "acknowledgement" that his family composition has not changed.

That is one of the things that CBSA will use as evidence when they come after his PR.
And CIC will use the family declaration form that he signed saying that he is not married.

Go back home and romance your wife and formally marry her... if your previous marriage was civil, go to court and marry there again... and use the marriage certificate to sponsor. If you married her formally, divorce and remarry... and make sure no word was there in the new marriage certificate about divorce or earlier marriage!
