As far as my knowledge goes, no you can´t sponsor siblings who are 18 over unless he/she is handicapped and has no one to look after him/her.

age limitation is 22 and he has to be in school and financially dependent on your parents to be included in the application.

Yes, he is still studying his master´s. He is dependent on my parents. How long is the process for this.

and your brothers status will need to remain the same throughout the process and be able to prove it.

What about a brother sponsoring his 55-year old mother, 30-year old handicapped sister and 5 year-old niece?
The 30-year old handicapped sister is and has been since birth, a dependent of her mother. The 5 year-old niece is the daughter of the 30-year handicapped sister. There is no custody issue here.
Brother can sponsor mother and the handicapped sister but what about the 5-year-old niece, who is also a dependent of the sponsor´s mother.

brother could sponsor Mom. Handicapped sister would likely be medically inadmissable and niece is not an option for sponsorship.
