Hi,
I sposered my husband, who hold the passport of different country but he wokrs in US for more than 3 yrs on work permit. We got married last year in US and I was living with him then I filled 3 months back his immigration through one of the community service immigration who does for free. I didnīt attached his Medical yet. So, I am wondering how long will it take him to come here.
Is there any way he can apply for work permit on the ground of spouse sponsorship. He is working as a IT Project Manager in Siemens, US.
Does his process will go to his country or US as he is in US and how long will it take more? Any idea.
