I have a querie.Is it possible for a person under canadian refugee status to marry a women from his own county?If there is a possibility,Can he bring his spouse with him?

If you married before you were found to be a CR is a different issue.

Again confused (in reply to: Refugee) Thanks for that reply.But what does it actually mean.I didnt fully understand the terms convention refugee and marry by proxy.Can you explain it better..Isn´t there any chance,What about after acquiring a canadian citizenship...Can things change...One more,What if married before being a CR.

(in reply to: Refugee) you are either single when you apply as a refugee or a couple. you cannot pick up a wife a long the way. if you are approved and become a PR - only then can you marry and sponsor your spouse. Do not be tempted to marry during your refugee process.
