| Subject: Sponsorship affected by E.I. |
Hi,
I am a permanent resident living in Toronto.
I am currently in a job. If i sponsor my parents, and then go on Employment Insurance, will it affect my sponsorship application.
Basically does E.I affect the sponsorship application of my parents.

it will only affect it if you drop below the minimum income level.

Hi,
im here in canada since 2000. i applied for welfare for couple month but since then i worked and having good icome. if i want to invite my mom here to visit. is immigration officer might find this as a issue??
