suggestion pls.
CIC is asking for my police clearance, within 30 days. i got the letter 2 weeks late. officers in charge in Africa are charging me 200USD for the clearance. and offices will be closed for holidays. can i submit my clearances this January instead? i hope the CIC will understand it.

cic will be also closing for the holiday. Even if you submit it now, it will be opened January anyway. Therefore send it January in express mail (the fastest one) to ensure delivery ASAP.
