im a live-in caregiver here in canada for almost a year and unfortunately my employer passed away so i had to find another employer. after a months applying in an agency, i just got my job but still waiting for my new work permit to be issued under my new employer. my problem is, i have an emergency to visit my father in philippines. is there any possibility to approve my application for re-entry visa since im still waiting for my new work permit to be issued? though i still have my old work permit but still valid until 2011 under my past employer. do i still need to request a letter from an agency or from my new employer just to show in canadian embassy in philippines that i have my new employer waiting in canada?
