Subject: CSQ versus Sponsorship!!!
  Hi guys,I´ve got a Quebec certificate in new York, after that a meet my wife and she is a Canadian. She sponsored me. My question is" Can i apply for a permanent resident visa, in other words can i have two applications at the same time in process or not ??
If the answer is No, what is the one that takes less time( my geographic region is covered by Paris office.)
