You write to them you hereby demand that you study in Malasia and further, you demand that they give you visa and all necessary monies to study in Malasia. Tell them you may have other demand later on...

Firstly, spell Malaysia and embassy right and don´t use "demand of studying" ... make no sense. A letter of intent or request sounds better. Malaysia is a developed country so go to the country and departmental website, you should be able to get the necessary information there.
