I think(who cares what i think) , Canada immigration most corrupted organization , wasting tax payer money and creating jobs for them self and families, . first they create the problem by giving free visa to Mexico(no longer) and others and after they trying to catch 42000 people (what a joke) , just to arrest 1 guy ,immigration has to send 4-6 officers . to keep in jail for a week if he/she has a passport(if not maybe longer) how much is it cost ? to keep 1 person behind the bars a year government spending 100 thousand dollars.
Another joke what immigration saying ,Canadian tax payer paying $1,500 to deport 1 person , maybe to Mexico or Jamaica , but I’m sure not to Chine or Asia,or some eastern Europe countries.
Did you ever fly from Toronto to Vancouver, how much you have to spend if you buying a ticket in the same day?
Airlines loves to take an board deporting person , because they getting double, triple pay from CIC.
They saving on fuel ,because people who is coming to Canada has to buy a round ticket, and never use they return fly.
Some of them who has been deported after few month will be back to Canada, because this people has some money to buy proper travel document and they know how and where to enter .
My point is:
Illegal immigrants creating jobs:
for lazy Canadians who loves they well paid job as immigration officer ,
for Airlines because Canada is not travel destination ( what interesting a tourist from France or Germany wants to see in Canada? maybe Olympic games ,only it\s happens every 20 years ) ,
for Immigration consultants,
etc.

For proof, research the ESL industries that are operated by Canadians, many of the operators and TEACHERS are not even eligible to get a job in the teaching profession.

Number 1 Canada didn´t give free visas to Mexicans.
Citizens from Mexico didn´t require a visa in order to visit or transit Canada until CIC found out that several refugee claims from this country were made and a visa restriction was put in place, same thing happended with citizens from Costa Rica 3 years ago and citizens from the Czech republic.
CIC lifted the visa restriction for Estonians though.
I have to laugh in your face about the comment that lazy Canadians who get well paid as immigration officers?
What are you talking about, the highest wage as a CBSA officer barely reaches the 52K a year and a visa officer working overseas is not more than 54K a year.
Illegal aliens working in Canada do not create jobs, they have a negative impact in the social resources and put in disadvantage the ones who have obtain a legal status in Canada following the law.
See, the issue is not about CIC doing a crappy job although sometimes they do, it is a about people believing that someone who needs a job has the right to break the law.
All this restrictions started in some point of history because of someone.
Have you ever wonder why a 3 lbs hammer from Canadian tire has a warning that it reads "For external use only" that is because someone somewhere at some point in time..... I am not going to say it... use your imagination.
