Search here this question has been answered more then a thousand times.

You got married in an arranged marriage and your brand new husband left the country the next day. You and your parents agreed to that marriage scenario. I guess in your mind that was okay but this posting sounds like a trap so I´m going to pass on answering your question.

There is a solution of sorts but I will let others see what answer they come up with.

Happy?

I can´t think of any other way other than annul your marriage and remarried as a new couple. CIC wouldn´t know if you two have been married before. If you tell the truth, your bf would be in trouble for lying them.

Kuljot... calm down.
I am not an expert and can not provide you with the expert advise of someone like Roy... but you first need to explain your situation a little better.

First of all can you answer these questions so other people might help you:

how long ago did you get married?

Is your husband willing to sponsor you?

Has he told you he will do it but is not able because he hasn´t received his PR card yet?

Do you believe him?

If your husband did not tell you about move to Canada he may have thought you wouldn´t marry him...or he wanted to marry you sleep with you one night and then go... but honestly from what I understand...marriages in India are a bit expensive and family reputations are a big deal... so I am not sure he will just do it to sleep with you one night...

May be he is going to bring you to Canada as soon as he get to know how to do it...

He will need to start the process to sponsor you as his wife... as I have read here many times... it is better if he does this from India as it takes less time... you will not be together until the application is approved.... the other thing is that you need to start preparing to prove that your marriage is legit and start collecting evidence such as emails between you and your husband, money transfer receipts, wedding pictures, etc.

Good luck with everything... and hope that everything works out for you...

A very tough situation indeed. I am quite sure you would need legal help. If your hubbie does NOT have a PR right now, you are better off not worrying about him sponsoring you. If he has his PR card, it is best for him to return to India when he can and you two better get married again... and this time privately at a court so the marriage is not just civil (Most Indian marriages are civil; it is what I am guessing from common knowledge)and get a marriage license from the Court. You can use that certificate as evidence for marriage... and start the sponsorship. If your man is working in Canada, and waiting for his PR to complete, he can bring you (after LEGAL marriage) on a spousal (dependent visa)... AND include your info in HIS PR application (in process). good luck.
