Subject: Sorry Roy one more quick question; |

I have been in a relationship with my commonlaw spouse for 3 years but back and forth to Canada 4 times, each time for about 2 to 3 months. I finally stayed with her for 13 months and we sent our application as Common Law spouses.
I then returned to Canada. I have a house and big property in Canada and it needed maintenance desperately and I also have family and many friends.
I would like to stay here for about three months and return to be with my spouse for Christmas. Is it possible for this to present a problem for us? I stay there only for her and love to be in Canada and at my home.
Any information would be most appreciated.
Regards,
Mr Magoo.

(in reply to: Sorry Roy one more quick question;) You have all kinds of connections with your partner, your committed to each other with all kinds of evidence if I remember correctly so your conjugal as well.
Go have your vacation and enjoy some Captain Crunch.
Relax and stop worrying.
