IT IS SUBMITTED THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR IMMIGRATION IN FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CLASS IN JUNE 06,2008.I HAVE APPLIED IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER CATEGARY NOC CODE:2133.
At that time this category was eligible for applying and simplified forms were available at official web site but now its mentioned at the site that Federal skilled worker applications received on or after February 27, 2008 are now assessed for eligibility according to a set of criteria issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism.
Now please tell me
1)Is my application is eligible for assessment or not?
2)On June 2008,was Electrical Engr (noc code 2133) eligible to apply for skilled worker category?
3)Shall I withdraw my application and re apply?
