Subject: Child born outside of Canada
  I´m permanent resident in Canada; I was pregnant when I left Canada with my two kids for family visit, my plan was to be back before 8th month of pregnancy but the Doctor advised that it would be dangerous for both me and my baby, so I delivered last month a baby Girl outside of Canada.

How can I re-enter with my new born child, shall I apply for temporary visa or PR card for the child and what are the right and easiest procedure I can follow ??

My husband is here with me now in Dubai and my other kid is needed to go for kindergarten this year, so I need to go back with my family a.s.a.p, please advise!!
Thanks and regards;

If the husband is a Canadian have him apply for Canadian citizenship for the baby. See Citizenship forms at www.cic.gc.ca

If your husband is not a Canadian your child will have to be sponsored. Immigration forms same web site.
