hi I would really appreciate if someone would have some insight on this slightly complicated case. I am a canadian citizen currently working in the States on a TN viza. I got married in teh States and wish to return to Canada now with my new husband. The problem is my husband is fromn another country originally and his status in the States is undecided. Would that affect our application? Should we just write that in the application or does the person being sponsored need a legal status? thanks a lot for any help
