Does anyone know contact numbers of Medical Services Branch of Ottawa in order to know whether my medical reports have been updated or not, as My medical report sent to Ottawa from the doctor.
Any kind advice will be highly appreciated.

I phoned the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100. Carmen answered the phone.
I asked Carmen for the fax number of the CIC office in Ottawa that assessed medicals. Carmen said she did not have that fax number.
I then said that I was making an enquiry on behalf of a woman who was in Canada on a study permit. She wanted to work in Canada, which she was allowed to do under the terms of her study permit. However, because her work was in the health field, she had to pass a medical exam before she could work. (I hope I’ve understood that correctly, Batty.)
Carmen said that the first step was for the applicant to contact the examining doctor’s office and find out the exact date on which the doctor had forwarded the paperwork. She said that some doctors wait and accumulate the paperwork for several people whom they’ve examined before they send it in. She said that they find that many delays can be traced to this cause.
She said that if the applicant had not received a response within three months from the time that the doctor had submitted the paperwork, the applicant should phone the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100. She said that the agent who answered the phone would then perform a search of the system to ascertain where in the pipeline the person’s application was stuck.

Does anybody know where medical are processed in ottawa ?
I am on vacation to india and wanted to get my family members medical done in advance. I contacted DMPs here but don´t know to what address in Ottawa are the results supposed to be sent for permanent residensy.
