Subject: Divorce Certificate in Azad Kashmir as used in Pak
  Dear Viewers,
Hi,

I want to ask a question which is not on website to Sponsor Wife for Canadian Immigration. If a person married and then divorced his wife. He will adopt following procedure:

1- Divorce Certificate on Stamp Paper / Court degree
AND Will get
2- Formal Divorce Certificate from Chairman, Union Council (after 90-days according to "Muslim Family Law Ordinance {MFLO}, 1961")

Another question is that, if a Pakistani person married in Azad Kashmir(Pakistan) where "Muslim Family Law Ordinance {MFLO}, 1961" is not implemented:

There is neither Formal Divorce Certificate used in Courts Nor used in Union Council/Local Bodies due to Islamic Laws implemented.

What will he provide instead of Divorce Certificate from Union Council?
Will he get a letter from Registrar of Marriage ( Tehsil/Zila Mufti ) that Divorced has been occurred alongwith Divorce Certificate on Stamp Paper / Court degree.

Please let me know for further details. Waiting for reply.
