Subject: APPLYING FOR RE-ENTRU PERMIT IN BUFFALO

Hi, I am new in this forum.i want to ask what can i do if im going to have 2 weeks vacation in my origin philippines on MAY 2010 but my multiple visa will expire on March 2010 but i have a valid work permit until 2012 im part of Live-in caregiver program.do i need to get a new mutliple visa for my re entry?if yes what are those requirements?thank you.
