Dear friends,
I had submitted our medical Doc (for me & my wife) to LONDON CIC,since 27th December2008.but no news till now...I had send to them 2 e-mails,but no reply.
My application was represented with an Ex-immigrant consultant in canada, I just notice his careless in handling our application...that 3 months after sending the medical docs,he just remember to ask me to send the ROLF right of landing fees,(it was half of March2009).
I did send the check to him...when I noticed that all my collegues I know their consultants ask them to pay the ROLF right with the medical request.....I JUST DECIDED TO CANCEL THIS REP from representing me with the CIC, two weeks after submitting the check to him.
Please could you tell me if this delay has relation with my cancellation letter I have send to london CIC,even I ask them if they receive the check of ROLF,but I did not receive any confirmation from them....really I´m confused and frustrated with my family...I´m a April2006 applicant..
and still waiting..
I mange to check my e-case online,(after e-mailing Technical team), only my new address was updated.and situation showing:IN PROCCESS.
please any expert help.

I thought ROLF is paid after decision is made - when CIC request passport for stamping.
By the way, can let us know which immigrant consultant you´ve used?

In simple words:
I cancelled the athorization of the consultant,because he informed me very late (3 months After the medical),to pay for the right of landing fees.
The mistake I did is: Two weeks later After sending the check (ROLF) to him,I DO CANCELLED his Authorization.
The consultant is an EX-immigrant office located in Canada.
