Ferry: You are unbelievable, people like you make me sick. You come to Canada and then you whine and complain about being there and how terrible it is. Nobody forced you to go there and nobody is forcing you to stay.

Do you think that Canada allows people to migrate there just to fill the so called dirty jobs??

Do you think if a person is born in Canada that they are born with a silver spoon in their mouth. That non of them do the diry jobs, that without education and hard work they are just given all of the good jobs that require skill, education and knowledge.

You need to quit feeling sorry for yourself, Canada is an incredible place to live, the opportunities are endless, BUT you have to work for it. There is no limit to what you can acheive if you are willing to find out what you want and WORK.

I was born in Canada, I worked some shit jobs as a young man with only a grade 12 education but I went to night school and it took several years but got a degree at York University and was able to have a very good career and make good a very good wage.

To deter people from coming to Canada is a pathetic attitude, another man wants to pursue his education at University and you tell him it is a lousy place to live.

You should go HOME and leave Canada to the hard working people who made it one of the greatest countries in the WORLD today.

Mr. Magoo.

You can say that because you were born here and can´t go anywhere. LOL.

Don´t worry I´ll leave Canada soon. I´m not going to beg for welfare like many other immigrants have to do.

Immigrants, come and taste this "greatest" country in the world. Let´s see what do you think in 6 months after your arrival.

Again, good luck.

I came, tasted and LOVED it!!

I didn´t sit around and whine about how they wouldnt take my accreditation .

I have North American tickets that are a log easier to prove and verify than some that I have seen from other parts of the world.... many look like a colour xerox with a sticky label added to the seal.....

What I did was assess the time to get the same tickets here versus the time to gain new ..

went new and now work white collar and make a good living.

Did i do crap jobs? yep
Did I think Canada owed me anything?? Nope
Yeah you may have to work 2 jobs to start but such is life.

If it so much better where someone came from then why leave it in the first place?

I for one am tired of the whiners.. Americans included.

They come whine abuse the health care
bring family members abuse the health care
drain the welfare system abuse health care some more
then whine even more and leave.........

then you see them here 4 years later whining because they can´t keep PR status.

There is no to argue about that.........

Experiences between people vary a lot...some were successful ..others were not. Those who were not successful cry..those who were successful laught at those who cry...

No one can predict how r u going to be...if you like it stay..otherwise leave..you r welcomed out more than in.

In fairness to Canada (I am usually brutally unfair due to my own high expectations), I should say I never worked in anything that is unrelated to my training (materials sciences). My first gripe was the lowered income. But then when I subtract the healthcare costs I was covering from my earnings in the US, it brought the net earnings closer to 25% below my earnings in the US. So I still complained... for months! Then I got used to the lower salary, which recently went up by 6% (now the net earnings here compared to the US are -19%); but then there was this lingering chance that I could have lost the job in the US, whereas here I work for the Govt and hence no such chance. Life actually got better because I drive much less than I used to back in the US (my truck is getting rusty due to no-maintenance). So there... one fine story, albeit with slight gripe, of a brand new Canadian. Oh by the way, I do supplement my regular earnings by consulting folks who like to immigrate... If you need help, I have a simple number: 5k in US first, the remaining when the case is approved. I don´t add these monies to my regular earnings since the amount varies from year to year. I am planning on opening a PC Trade (buy, sell and trade Personal Computers) and Repair services soon... After I build the office space. I might actually need some DEDICATED PC repair folks next year.

Mr Magoo,

Canadian like you in fact make me sick, can´t immigrants whine? Does whining only belong to Canadians? ...How much do you know about black people or Indians or muslims in this country? Dont you have any brain to see the facts? How come all taxi drivers are pakis or indians? How come most starbucks, subway, one dollar shops, petrol station attendants are all immigrants? Canada is much better than usa or australia or england in terms of racisism and discrimination but that does´t mean there is not any....It is all hidden, ...whatever your qualifications are, tomorrow apply for a job and use a muslim/arabic or Indian name, then apply for the same job with your own english name and lets see the result ...That is just that simple, do and see disrimination ....This countrie´s biggest mistake is letting people come here and accepting those people´s qualifications, experience and those poor immigrants think that they will be doing what they used to be doing and smile...When they come over the reality bites....Those people bring everything with them, money kids, hopes, do you think it is that easy to go back ???

By the way if you are a Canadian from birth what the XXX are you doing here? Dont you have a life? Feeling bored ? Or are you here to satify your canadian ego ?

Mrmagoo you have NO right to say go away to p[eople who whine, remember once upon a time those first nations told you to go away but somehow you stayed !!! If some people have to go, I guess we should start form those old immigrants like brits, scottish and french then those new comers will leave....you have enjoyed Canada pretty much go back to England or wherever your ancestors came from and please take your churches and gays with you ...

Everyone in this county as long as they are legal in this country have the right whine, and complain, no matter we are white, muslim or indian or asian we should whine and complain if there is discrimination, ..Please show respect to all immigrants they are hard working people, ...Those beautiful and deliocious berries, strawverries, the grapes of the whine you drink are all picked by immigrants I am telling you you hardly see white people doing that kind of jobs, it is all those hard working indians....
