Hi, I´m doing a doctor of medicine in China as a scolorship student & I´m a PR in Canada. Now I want to continue my 4th year in China. But under residency oblication I have to stay in 730 days in five year period.
Now I cannot continue my studies. I feel my ambition and future will be demolish.Also universty wont give permission to drop my studies temporarily. I sent a application to immigration to extent my days (within 730 days, I need 210 days extra to study in china)to study in china, but they sent only the sections about the residency olication.
Pls hell me, what shall I do now? I have to finish my studies. also i´m 39 years old.

Simply put you decide which one is more important.
Your PR or your studies.
You will have to chose one over the other it seems.

After visa stamped , u have one year to go there , other way u can extend ur medical , deposit on due date , send them passport to stamp on due date in this way u can kill time .
