Subject: authorization to return to canada
  hi there...
me and my wife get deported to India under enforced removal order after failed refugee claims, PRRA, H & C etc... we left canada on april 5th 2009.
I heard about ARC but don´t know how long it takes and how long I have to wait to file an application for ARC I mean is there any time limit I have to follow before filing an application for ARC? what are the procedures, and how can I make my ARC effective or successful. can I submit my ARC anywhere or I have to do it in my home country? any help appreciated in advance.

thanks everyone...

regards

Insist to come back to Canada after the enforced removal and all these rejections ?!!! Why? What is bad in India to push you to go through all these pains and sufferings? Is India that miserable?

You came and apply for refugee status and was removed ... you think CIC wants to go through the routine again. So before you file, think why you need to return to Canada. If it is just to vacation, visiting family or TO LOOK for a job, you are unlikely to be granted ARC.

that is likely what you should have done in the first place.

"if there is will, there is way..." doesn´t apply to your situation..you have exhausted all the possible ways, so your "will" would not help any more..

If you have a lot of money to throw in the drain, go ahead and apply again..

guys, I am not criminal or should I assumed that criminals get settled easily in canada. I think that´s why thousands of deportees choose to go underground in Canada. I am wondering if ARC is not for me. anyways thanks for your nice thoughts...
