Hi All,
I am a Canadian citizen. I married a woman from Ukraine last year.
She joined me three months ago. Since she joined me she has changed
completely. I checked her internet usage and noticed she was actively looking for a new partner. In one of these websites she started looking 3 months before she goes to embassy and sign the papers before the officer and obtain her visa. To me this proves that she got married to get Canadian PR.
I would like to divorce her now. I wonder what happens to sponsorship agreement I signed.

I understand I have to pay for her while she is in Canada. My next question is,
What happens if she goes back to her country to stay or for vacation?

There is a site about marriage fraud and Canadian citizenship... It might help ya to look for it since they may have many diverse cases and solutions to problems arising from such marriages. It is nasty to fall into situations like this but I guess it is hard to tell who is planning fraud and who is genuine. Good luck
