Subject: Need Help with Senior and Experienced Members
  Dear Senior members,

What is mean by substituted evaluation?

when and what time we can ask for CHC?

Is it applicable for me to ask now, as of i already updated my doc a month before and now discoverd that i just reach to 66 points

please advice me thanks

Lets say you have 66 points but in a high demand industry.

You get three or for offers to attend interviews plus one company intending on hiring you if you can be allowed to work in Canada by December 2009. You submit that to the visa posts and ask them to consider substituted evaluation based on your ability to become successfully established.

I applied from outside of Canada. I think it is difficult to get a job offer from Canada to submit at this time Plz advice how to get a job offer from Canada with this short period and I can submit to CHC

I just kept on covering letter to CHC to consider this application with these three things when I submitted my doc. that I am working as a computer engineer, I have sufficient funds and my real sister is Canadian citizen.

Today i checked my E-client it shows decision made. it is possible if i request chc for substitute evaluation

one of my friend had arranged me a job offer but it is not attested with HRSDC will it work at this time

please advice
