not until she changes her status and they will want to know when you got married (before or after she landed) and you will have to prove that your relationship is genuine.
Then if she wants, she can apply to sponsor you.

So let me get this straight.
She applied for a work visa saying that she was single when she was actually married to you, am I understanding this right?
Now she is a Permanent Resident of Canada and you want her to sponsor you as her spouse right? But when she applied she was already married to you and now she is a permanent resident.
But she is affraid because she didn´t disclose that she was married at the time of the work permit application and the Permanent resident application right?.
What she did is called "misrepresentation".
1- She may not being able to sponsor you EVER.
2- CBSA and CIC may come after her permanent resident status and be subject to an A44 report.
