Subject: deportation query
a friend of mines ex(boyfriend not married) came to Canada a few years ago and has been riding off of people and working off and on under the table...he really has done nothing to get "legal" work, they have two children..one from a previous relationship of hers and one together...he is still married to a woman in the UK but did start divorce proceedings while during a visit to the UK in 2009, which have not been finalized...his wife also brought an injunction against him at that time, regarding violent behavior and threatening her and her son. The judge kept said injunction on his record for a few months, saying it would be wiped clean provided he went nowhere near her...which he did not.
His behavior since returning to Canada has been nothing short of despicable, he has continued to use my friend and her family...yells at both children..and still has made no effort to apply for work.
She has finally become fed up with this behavior and thrown him out to stay with friends..who are now putting him up for free...he is constantly emailing her and being rude and threatening..he rarely shows up to see the children and when he does its with hardly any notice.
The worst part is, when she threw him out, he got rather aggressive with her and got right up in her face...which of course scared her...then a few weeks after, he called her begging for help as he had just beaten up his room mate for threatening to kick him out...this was told to her and her mother by not only him, but the roommate as well...the roommate did not press charges.
He has also informed her he may take an under the table cash job where he lives...which is of course illegal.
His most recent visitors extension was filled out wrong and was sent back to him...it informed him of the mistake and advised him he had until October to sort out what he wanted to do.
So he is basically on a free ride from immigration from what I can tell...my question is, can he be deported for any or all of this?
He really does not deserve to be part of this country, when there are good people who would love to be here, and would take pride in living in Canada, and do things the right way by following the law and obtaining a visa.
I apologize for this being rather long winded...its a long story to explain.

The issue is who cares at CBSA?

NOBODY!

You care, your why goes on but the real why your after this person seems to be personal. You have valid points but the resources required to hunt this dead beat %#)(*&()^&% down is too much.

How about this?
Person arrives in Canada in 2005 and makes a Refugee Claim (not at the airport) but In-Land and gives a bogus name!

Same Person gets a negative decision in 2007 because all six Identity documents were deemed non-genuine by the IRB.

Same Person files an application for Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court regarding her negative Refugee Issue using the phony name and is denied in July 2007. Gets called into the Removals Unit three weeks later to be told time to go home.

Same Person hires an Immigration Consultant to do a Pre Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) application and does not use her real name. Provides no new Identity and the Immigration Consultant is not successful with the PRRA application.

Same BOGUS Person hires a Lawyer to go to the Federal Court regarding the negative PRRA decision. Again the Bogus Person does not use their real name. Due to the short time between the negative Leave to Appeal decision and being called to do a PRRA limited NEW evidence can be submitted regarding IDENTITY.

Lawyer of BOGUS Person runs out of things to argue very quickly so claims the Immigration Consultant was an "incompetent counsel". The Lawyer was brand new and had only been a Lawyer for a few months.

The Federal Court Rules the Immigration Consultant provided plenty of evidence regarding Risk to Life of the Bogus Person and sends the application back to the Pre Removal Risk Assessment Unit for further consideration.

Sometimes you can´t get things done the right way because some &*&%$%$%^* people are good at being scum. Sherri it may be worth your time going after that individual you want OUT but quality evidence is hard to find against these type of people.

BELIEVE ME THAT LAWYER IN MY LONG WINDED STORY WILL PAY!
