Is it mandatory to inform the citizenship while my application is in process about marital status changes ( Divorce) or I can update the status after oath? since i was married in the application time and now divorced.

PR or citizenship? PR - yes you must notify immediately. Citizenship, I would think is the same.

No, the issue with Citizenship is have you resided in the country for the mandatory length of time to become a Citizen. Marital status has nothing to do with you being able to obtain citizenship or not.
