From your writings and questions ? I can guess that you are Pakistani national..also you tricked your employer in Dubai...so you are blacklisted in the UAE, since you was absconded for more than 6 month and didnt come back to the UAE...I guess you will have something in your record as per the law and as you are fully aware that what you did is not legal ...you should have contacted your employer and asked for cancellation ....no one want to forc you to work ....but what to say...you did wrong and now you are worried and you are fully sure that there is something in your record.

Positive or not, you have to get it, and go from there. If it´s not positive, provide a written explanation to the officer.

PCC from Dubai (in reply to: PCC from DUBAI)
Sir,
I was in Dubai from April 2007 till October 2008. I was in my husband´s sponsorship. I was employed and was forced to take loans to help my husband. I have cleared 3/4th of it now and still have a quarter (around 40K Dhirams) to clear off. I will be paying it shortly . Im in the process of Australian PR and would like to apply for a Dubai PCC. Is it safe to apply now or only after I clear my debts? If I go ahead and apply, will it be a positive or negative? My husband hasnt cancelled his visa from his employer before leaving - so will it affect my police clearance? Please advise.

I left dubai legally. Have had visa cancelled due to jumping off the red signal in dubai. I was not involved in any accident and any crime. Now Dubai police is not issuing me a PCC as I need it for Canada work permit. I got PCC from my home country and the other gulf country, where i am currently working for last 5 years. Now, what I should do. Will Canadian embassy understand my problem or what to do
